importing "AIBO Telepathy" project by Brett Simmers and Lisa Storey

The goal of our project is to improve communication between robots in Tekkotsu. We have created a system that allows the user to subscribe to events that occur on a remote robot and receive remote events to be processed in the same way that local events are processed. We have also added functionality that allows a robot to request state information from a remote robot, such as joint positions.
