Adding hasSensorOffset() for easy checking if a unit is in use as an AX-S1, also adding minor hack to re-ping servos when a new Servo entry is added.
I thought the missing ping was an issue here, but turned out to be a different issue, so not sure the dynamically added servo entry support is well tested.
